Medium Surface Conditioning Disc for Controlled Metal Finishing

This Medium Surface Conditioning Center Hole Hook & Loop Disc combines abrasive mineral with a flexible, open non-woven web. It is intended for low- to medium-pressure operations such as surface cleaning, scratch blending, light deburring, oxidation removal and preparation before painting, coating or welding.

The open-web construction allows air to circulate through the disc and helps reduce loading during use. Its flexible structure follows irregular and contoured surfaces, providing a more consistent finish without aggressively changing the geometry of the workpiece.
