Product Description

Professional Non-Woven Abrasive Wheel for Metal Surface Finishing

GC Abrasives Depressed Center Non-Woven Abrasive Polishing Wheels are engineered for professional metal surface conditioning, cleaning, blending, deburring and finishing applications.

The wheel is manufactured from a durable non-woven synthetic fiber structure combined with selected abrasive grains and resin bonding. Its open, flexible construction provides controlled abrasive action and conforms to the workpiece surface, helping produce a consistent finish while reducing the risk of excessive material removal, deep scratches and gouging.

Available with Aluminum Oxide (AO) or Silicon Carbide (SC) abrasive, the wheel can be selected according to different materials and finishing requirements. 7P and 9P grades are available to meet different surface conditioning and polishing needs.

The depressed center configuration is designed for convenient mounting and provides practical working access when processing flat surfaces, edges and welded areas. With a maximum operating speed of 15,300 RPM, the wheel is suitable for professional metal fabrication, stainless steel processing, welding workshops, machinery manufacturing and industrial maintenance.

Why Choose GC Abrasives Non-Woven Abrasive Wheels?

Consistent Surface Finish

The flexible non-woven structure provides uniform contact with the workpiece, helping achieve a controlled and consistent surface finish.

Controlled Material Removal

Unlike aggressive grinding operations, non-woven abrasive wheels are designed primarily for surface conditioning. They help remove surface contamination, oxidation, minor imperfections and burrs without unnecessarily removing large amounts of base material.

AO & SC Abrasive Options

Aluminum Oxide (AO) and Silicon Carbide (SC) abrasive options allow customers to select the appropriate wheel according to the workpiece material and required finish.

7P & 9P Grades Available

Different grades are available for varying surface conditioning, cleaning and finishing requirements.

Industrial Applications

Designed for professional applications in metal fabrication, stainless steel processing, welding, machinery manufacturing, automotive maintenance and general industrial surface finishing.

Recommended Industries

  • Metal Fabrication

  • Stainless Steel Fabrication

  • Welding & Weld Finishing

  • Machinery Manufacturing

  • Automotive Repair & Maintenance
