GC Abrasives 115mm (4-1/2") Depressed Center Non-Woven Abrasive Polishing Wheel is designed for professional metal surface conditioning, cleaning, deburring, blending and finishing applications.

Manufactured from durable non-woven synthetic fibers combined with selected abrasive grains and resin bonding, the wheel provides controlled abrasive action while maintaining flexibility and consistent contact with the workpiece. This helps achieve a uniform surface finish while reducing excessive material removal, deep scratching and gouging.

The 5/8"-11 threaded attachment provides convenient and secure mounting on compatible angle grinders, making the wheel particularly suitable for professional metal fabrication and surface finishing applications.

Available with Aluminum Oxide (AO) or Silicon Carbide (SC) abrasive and in 7P / 9P grades, different configurations can be selected according to the workpiece material and required surface finish.

Typical applications include surface conditioning, weld cleaning, weld blending, deburring, light rust and oxidation removal, scratch blending, surface preparation, polishing and decorative finishing.

Suitable for stainless steel, mild steel, carbon steel, aluminum and other ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
