GC ABRASIVES
The Surface Conditioning Disc is manufactured from a three-dimensional non-woven abrasive web designed for controlled surface treatment. Unlike conventional coated abrasives, its flexible structure follows the shape of the workpiece and helps preserve the geometry of edges, contours and irregular surfaces.
The open-web construction helps resist loading and allows air to circulate through the abrasive material. This supports cooler operation and provides a more consistent finish during extended cleaning, blending, deburring and sanding applications.
Choose from Fine, Medium and Coarse grades according to the required cutting action and finish.
Fine: Suitable for fine blending, finish sanding, surface refinement and preparation before polishing or coating.
Medium: Provides a balanced ratio between material removal and surface blending. It produces a uniform surface for subsequent processing.
Coarse: Offers stronger cutting action for cleaning, scratch blending, oxidation removal and more demanding surface preparation.
