GC Abrasives 2" (50 mm) Non-Woven Quick-Change Surface Conditioning Discs provide a versatile abrasive solution for professional metal cleaning, blending, deburring and finishing applications.

The discs are manufactured with a three-dimensional non-woven abrasive web that combines flexible synthetic fibers with abrasive mineral. This construction provides controlled cutting action while allowing the disc to conform to flat surfaces, edges, contours and complex workpiece geometries.

The open-web structure allows debris to escape during operation, helping reduce loading and maintain consistent abrasive contact with the workpiece.

Available in Coarse, Medium and Fine grades, the range allows operators to select the appropriate level of abrasive action for different stages of the finishing process—from initial cleaning and blending through intermediate conditioning to finer surface refinement.

The compact 2" / 50 mm diameter makes these discs particularly suitable for detailed work, weld areas, small components and confined spaces.
