GC ABRASIVES
The GC Abrasives Non-Woven Abrasive Polishing Wheel is an industrial surface-finishing wheel developed for applications requiring controlled abrasive action without aggressive stock removal.
Its three-dimensional non-woven abrasive structure provides a resilient working surface that conforms to the workpiece while maintaining consistent abrasive contact. This makes it suitable for operations where surface appearance and dimensional control are more important than heavy material removal.
The wheel can be used for blending, light deburring, scratch refinement, surface conditioning, cleaning and polishing preparation.
The open non-woven structure provides space for airflow and grinding debris, helping reduce loading during surface-finishing operations.
With both 6" x 1" and 8" x 2" configurations, customers can select a wheel according to the required working area, equipment and finishing process.

I recommend adding these actual GC manufacturing specifications to the page once confirmed:
Abrasive Mineral: ___
Abrasive Grade / Grit: ___
Density: ___
Center Hole / Bore: ___
Maximum RPM: ___
These should not be copied from another manufacturer's polishing wheel because they can vary significantly between constructions.
The resilient abrasive network conforms to the workpiece and provides controlled surface contact during finishing.
Designed to refine and condition surfaces without the aggressive stock removal associated with conventional grinding wheels.
Helps blend sanding lines, machining marks and minor surface imperfections into a more consistent finish.
The porous non-woven structure provides space for airflow and debris, helping reduce loading during operation.
Suitable for removing light burrs and refining edges where aggressive grinding is unnecessary.
Provides controlled abrasive action for repeated industrial finishing operations.
Choose between 6" x 1" for greater finishing control and 8" x 2" for broader working coverage.
Different density and abrasive-grade configurations can be supplied according to the required cutting action and surface finish.
Suitable for conditioning and refining stainless steel sheets, tubes, fabricated components, kitchenware and architectural hardware.
Helps blend light scratches, machining marks and sanding lines from previous processing stages.
Creates a more consistent surface before subsequent coating, buffing or polishing processes.
Helps remove small burrs and smooth edges while minimizing unnecessary material removal.
Suitable for removing light oxidation, discoloration and surface contamination while conditioning the underlying material.
Helps blend residual grinding marks and transition areas following weld grinding.
With the appropriate abrasive grade and density, the wheel can be used to create or restore brushed and satin finishes.
Refines the workpiece before finer finishing or final polishing operations.
Recommended for general-purpose finishing where good control and moderate surface coverage are required.
Typical applications:
Smaller Components • Edges • Profiles • Hardware • General Metal Finishing
The larger diameter and wider working face provide greater surface coverage for production finishing.
Typical applications:
Metal Panels • Larger Components • Stainless Steel Fabrications • Production Surface Finishing
6" x 1"
CONTROL + VERSATILITY
8" x 2"
COVERAGE + PRODUCTIVITY
This would be useful as one of the product-detail images because it gives buyers a clear reason to select one size over the other.
