GC ABRASIVES
The GC Abrasives Non-Woven Wire Drawing & Burnishing Wheel is a flexible surface-finishing abrasive developed for creating consistent brushed, satin and decorative finishes.
The wheel is constructed from a three-dimensional network of non-woven nylon fibers combined with abrasive material. Its open and flexible structure allows the abrasive surface to follow the workpiece while maintaining controlled contact during operation.
Unlike aggressive grinding wheels designed primarily for stock removal, this product focuses on surface conditioning and finish control. It can blend scratches, refine previous sanding marks, remove light oxidation and create a consistent directional grain pattern with limited alteration of the workpiece geometry.
The wide cylindrical construction provides a large working area, making the wheel especially suitable for stainless steel fabrication, architectural hardware, decorative metal products and production finishing.
Available in 80, 120 and 180 grit to meet different surface preparation and finishing requirements.

I recommend adding the actual maximum RPM only after confirming your factory specification for this exact wheel.
For stronger surface conditioning, initial scratch blending and removal of light oxidation or processing marks.
A balanced option for general-purpose surface conditioning, brushed finishing and restoring directional grain patterns.
For finer scratch refinement, satin finishing and surface preparation before subsequent polishing.
80 GRIT → 120 GRIT → 180 GRIT
CLEAN → BLEND → FINISH
This would be a strong second or third product-detail image because it explains the three options immediately.
The three-dimensional abrasive network conforms to the workpiece and provides controlled surface contact during finishing.
Designed to create consistent directional grain patterns and brushed or satin finishes on metal surfaces.
Conditions and refines the surface without the aggressive stock removal of conventional grinding wheels.
Multiple grit options allow users to select the appropriate cutting and finishing action for different processing stages.
Provides broad surface contact for efficient finishing of panels, tubes, profiles and larger fabricated components.
The non-woven structure provides space for airflow and debris, helping reduce loading during surface conditioning.
Suitable for flat surfaces as well as moderately curved profiles, tubes, handles and shaped components.
Ideal for applications where appearance and a repeatable brushed pattern are important.
Suitable for blending and decorative finishing of stainless steel cutlery, utensils and related products.
For surface finishing of:
Handles • Hinges • Locks • Railings • Decorative Hardware • Door Components
Creates or restores brushed and satin finishes on:
Sheet Metal • Tubes • Panels • Tanks • Fabricated Components
Suitable for surface refinement of lamp bodies, lighting hardware and decorative metal components.
Helps condition surfaces before selected plating operations or refine appropriate plated components where the process permits.
Suitable for controlled blending and decorative surface finishing of non-ferrous metal components.
Can be used for surface conditioning and cosmetic finishing of compatible metal golf-club components.
The wheel can be used in suitable processes to create or refine directional textures and decorative grain effects.
Suitable for selected plastic and composite surface-finishing applications after process testing.
Can be used for selected surface-conditioning and polishing-preparation operations with the appropriate wheel specification and process parameters.
