GC ABRASIVES
The GC Abrasives Non-Woven Polishing Wheel is a versatile industrial surface-finishing wheel developed for applications where controlled abrasive action and consistent surface appearance are required.
The wheel uses a three-dimensional non-woven fiber structure combined with abrasive material. Unlike conventional rigid grinding wheels designed primarily for aggressive stock removal, the resilient non-woven structure conforms to the workpiece and provides controlled surface contact.
This makes the wheel particularly suitable for cleaning, blending, light deburring, scratch refinement, surface conditioning, grain finishing and polishing preparation.
The open structure provides space for airflow and grinding debris, helping reduce loading during finishing operations. As the wheel wears, abrasive distributed throughout the non-woven structure continues to participate in the finishing process.
GC Abrasives offers this product family in multiple dimensions and density configurations, allowing the wheel specification to be matched to the required combination of flexibility, cutting action and surface finish. The current GC range includes several diameters and widths as well as multiple density options.

*Final available combinations should follow the actual GC Abrasives production specifications. The existing GC catalog shows density options including 3P, 5P, 7P, 9P and 12P, with availability depending on wheel size.
The resilient abrasive network conforms to the workpiece and provides controlled contact during surface finishing.
Designed primarily for surface refinement rather than aggressive stock removal, helping maintain the original geometry of the workpiece.
Provides uniform abrasive contact for blending scratches, machining marks and previous finishing lines.
The porous structure provides space for debris and airflow, helping reduce loading during operation.
Different wheel densities allow the product to be matched to applications requiring different levels of flexibility, firmness and finishing control.
Suitable for removing light burrs and refining edges where conventional grinding would be unnecessarily aggressive.
Can be used for brushed, grain and satin finishing when the appropriate wheel specification is selected.
Diameter, width, bore, density and abrasive grade can be configured according to equipment and finishing requirements.
Suitable for surface conditioning of stainless steel sheets, tubes, fabricated components, kitchenware and decorative products.
Helps blend light scratches, sanding lines and machining marks into a more consistent surface pattern.
Prepares metal surfaces between grinding, fabrication and subsequent finishing operations.
Refines small burrs and edges while providing controlled abrasive contact.
Suitable for removing light oxidation, discoloration and surface contamination.
With the appropriate grade and density, the wheel can create or restore directional grain and satin finishes.
Helps blend residual grinding marks and transitions following weld grinding.
Produces a more uniform surface before finer finishing or final polishing operations.

GC's existing product information also positions this wheel family for stainless-steel products, architectural hardware, handles, hinges, locks and other manufactured components.
Because this is a general product page, I recommend giving buyers a size selection table rather than creating the impression that only one size is available.
Based on the existing GC Abrasives product data, the range can be organized around:
6" × 1"
6" × 2"
8" × 1"
8" × 2"
10" × 1"
10" × 2"
12" × 1"
12" × 2"
The current GC page also lists multiple density options depending on size.
For B2B presentation, I recommend a selector structured as:
DIAMETER → WIDTH → DENSITY → ABRASIVE GRADE → BORE
This is much easier for professional buyers to understand than putting every possible specification into the product title.
I also recommend adding this section because it gives the page considerably more technical value.
More Flexible • Better Conformability
Suitable when the wheel needs to follow contours and provide a softer finishing action.
Balanced Flexibility • Controlled Cutting
Suitable for general-purpose blending, surface conditioning and finishing.
Firmer Contact • Better Shape Retention
Suitable when greater wheel firmness and more controlled contact are required.
SOFTER → MORE CONFORMABLE
FIRMER → MORE CONTROLLED
Do not present density numbers as grit numbers. For example, 7P describes wheel construction/density; it should not automatically be interpreted as 80, 120 or 180 grit.
