8*1" Non-Woven Polishing Wheel

Non-Woven abrasive wheels are super performance UNIFIED wheels. They are made by compressing layers of non-woven fibers (web of nylon fibers) along with suitable abrasives to obtain wheels of different densities. They are impregnated with abrasives which have a three dimensional cutting action.

These wheels can be mounted on to polishing machines with tapered threaded spindles as well as straight spindles of electric and pneumatic, bench/flexible grinder with variable or fixed speeds. The disc wheels and spindle mops can also be used with portable tools.

These non-woven wheels produce a wide spectrum of matt/satin/antique finishes. These wheels produce less dust and noise as compare to emery and other coated wheels. There is no chattering effect and these wheels can be used on any surface for eg. SS, MS, Brass, Copper and Wood.
